When a WCU has been connected to a car, you can select to generate an event which will be sent to everyone that has subscribed to this kind of event.
An event occurs when e.g a WCU is connected to a car. If you are interested in events for a particular WCU you can choose to subscribe to a "Add WCU" event.
When this WCU is connected to a car you will be notified as the event icon will look like in Illustration "New Event". You can view event specific info by clicking on the event icon and the Event Viewer will pop up as illustrated in Illustration "Event Viewer".

To subscribe to events for a particular WCU, do as follows:
1. Search for the WCU in the Vehicles view.
2. Right click the WCU and choose Events in the context menu.
3. Continue into the submenu "Connect" and choose "Add WCU".
 
If successful, the splash "Your event filter was successfully" added will appear on the screen.

Subscribe to an event

To subscribe to events for a particular WCU, do as follows: 1. Search for the WCU in the Vehicles view. 2. Right click the WCU and choose Events in the context menu. 3. Continue into the submenu "Connect" and choose "Add WCU".
