Various improvements to the information panel in vehicle's panel.

Enabled the convert to text button for signal reader MDF result files.

Enforce vehicle profile permission for diagnostic templates.

Support for new column showing the A2L MSW in the assignment editor.

Support to use new database based A2L signals.

Support for logging using fluent in log4j2.

Text for the GTT QA portal changed to 'WICE Portal GTT QA'.

Changed text on View Task button in the tasks panel.

Improvements on editing diagnostic references.

Bugfix. Under some circumstances the GUI could be incorrectly rendered for signal reader.

Support to order resource attributes.

Added a new skin - Dark Mode (beta).
