Reasons behind SW changed
Tasks of type Arcos, MLOG, Signal Reader and IPEmotion RT may have the label 'SW_changed' associated if any of the selected ECU software versions in the task or assignment (Signal Reader) does not match the version of the ECU reported by the vehicle. Prior to version 2.86.0 the reason why SW_changed was added and removed from a task was not recorded but from version 2.86.0 this has been added and the history can be accessed from the Tasks tab.
Any task in the Tasks tab that have or had the SW_changed label has the context menu option "Show reasons for task with SW changed" as can be seen in the screenshot to the right.
In the example screenshot the ECU with name 'ASDM' did not validate because the reported version '123' was not equal to the selected version '456' and SW changed was added at 2023-10-11 10:38:17. Then at 2023-10-11 10:38:52 the vehicle reported the version '456' for the ECU and the label was removed since all selected versions for the task where equal to the current versions.
The arrow in the table points to the current status for the task and it is red if the task currently has SW changed associated and it is green if was removed when the last comparison was done.
