A WMU is a relay unit subordinated to the WCU. Its purpose is to extend the measuring capabilities of a WCU, such as when measuring on CAN-buses. From 2.90.0 and on, it is possible to configure the WMUs software version by setting a preferred software version in the WMU tab of the WCU configuration. Once the WMU has reported back, it will be possible to view the current WMU software version in the same WMU tab. | |||

This facilitates that the WCU can measure on arbitrarily many CAN-buses as long as sufficiently many WMU's are connected to the WCU.
From 2.90.0 and on, it is possible to configure the WMUs software version by setting a preferred software version in the WMU tab of the WCU configuration. Once the WMU has reported back, it will be possible to view the current WMU software version in the same WMU tab.
