Support to search the setting to announcing result files to third parties

The option to announce result file availability to third parties is set when creating a task or it can later be edited for each task individually. However, see to whether this functionality is turned on or off for a task the user needs to explicitly select the task and then press the button "View assignment" in the task tab. As a more convenient way, a label can be defined where the value is set to true if the functionality is turned on or set to false when it is turned off. As it is defined as a valued label, it can be added as a column in the task panel and hence be filtered on.
